Cumulative Standards Scores by Standard for Export

The Cumulative Standards Scores by Standard for Export report is based only on the standards designated for mastery on which a student has been assessed and provides the scores for each student on each standard within your filter selections. The report's streamlined format is designed to facilitate viewing and importing the data into a SIS student information system.

Run Your Report

Select the Reports tab, and then choose the Cumulative Standards Scores by Standard for Export report.
Do one of the following:
Click Filters to focus your data results.
- Starting at the top, select the Dates filter options.
- Click the Programs open text filter field When you click in an open text filter field, it displays up to 100 selectable values based on your previous filter choices. You can also enter keywords or part of a name to immediately enable a search of a specific selection. and select one or more programs.
- Click the Schools open text filter field and select one or more schools.
- Click the Teachers open text filter field and select one or more teachers.
- Click the Classes open text filter field and select one or more classes.
- Click the Students open text filter field and select one or more students.
- Click the Standards Sets open text filter field and select one or more standards sets.
- Click the Assessments open text filter field and select one or more assessments.

Click the (Filter) icon to use a previously saved set of filters for this report.
1. Select Load Filter.
2. Select the filter from the list, and then click Load.
Click Run to generate the report. Click Stop to cancel your request.
Optionally, to save new filter selections for future use:
1. Click the (Filter) icon, and select Save Filter.
2. Type a unique Filter Name, click Save, and then click Close.
  
  Filter names are case-sensitive.

Report Data Elements

Click any report column header to sort the report content by the data in that column.

Elements	Data Descriptions
Standards Set	Name of the standards set.
Standard	Description of the standard.
Standard Code & Description	Identification code of the standard.
School	Name of the school.
Class	Name of the class.
Teacher	Name of the teacher. Click the teacher's name and select Show Student Username to see the teacher's user name.
Student Login	User name of student.
Student	Name of the student.
Student ID	Student identifier provided by the district when syncing from the district SIS student information system with EasyBridge. This value is district-specific and unique for the student.
Source ID	Student identifier provided by the district when syncing from the district SIS student information system with EasyBridge. This value is typically an alpha-numeric GUID globally unique identifier created by the district's SIS for each student.
% Score	Percentage of points earned by the student, out of the total possible points for the standard, across all assessments that tested the standard within the selected filter options.
